Gen Art – The Fresh Faces of Fashion Event Review

Hosted by Amber Rose, a former Ford model and rising star icon, the Gen Art event on March 16th started off Los Angeles Fashion Week with a cool vibe at the Roosevelt Hotel.   And Agenda Magazine was up in the mix!

Sitting poolside, attendants—including fashion designer Jazmin Whitley, Law & Order’s Anthony Anderson, E! News personality Ashlan Gorse, and Project Runway contestants Althea Harper and Mila Hermanovski—were able to sneak peeks of notable fashion designers’ newest collections. Participating designers included Brigid Catiis, Eduardo Lucero, Elmer Ave, Endovanera, Erik Hart, Freddie Rojas, Geren Ford, Wren, Grey Ant, Jared Gold, Jeffrey Sebelia, Katy Rodriguez, Kit Scarbo, Louis Verdad, Orthodox, Rami Kashou and Society for Rational Dress.

Contributing to the festivity, Gen Art and partner CLEAN & CLEAR® Skincare announced a new national fashion designer competition, which will give up-and-coming designers the chance to create the ultimate prom dress for one fortunate teen – “The CLEAN & CLEAR® Skincare Makes You Prom Beautiful from Start to Finish – Designer Prom Dress Competition.”

So what is Gen Art? The nation’s leading arts and entertainment organization, Gen Art is dedicated to promoting and supporting the best uprising talent in fashion, film, music, and the visual arts. They have been doing so since 1994. An independently owned company that works in conjunction with its non-profit charitable organization, The Gen Art Foundation, Gen Art produces more than 100 annual events each year in metropolitan areas such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Chicago!

A loyal supporter of Gen Art and its multi-faceted productions, Agenda Magazine continues to attend its Los Angeles events, witnessing the works of emerging talent—the fresh faces in fashion.
