In terms of colors for the season, orange aid and desert flower were [just a few]. There were some standout designers that were phenomenal. Custo Barcelona’s layering of print, weaving a metallic essence and iridescence into his clothes was an evolution this season as he presented kaftans, sexy little minidresses, and cutouts that reveal the skin. He took this New York “Barcelona” girl and took her out of the club, putting her right into the South of France; it was great to see the growth, because I have been going to his shows for well over a decade. This show was a standout for him!” Ty-Ron Mayes,” ‘The Scene with Doreen‘ Podcast
